We deliver across Bangladesh, ensuring you receive your favorite skincare products no matter where you are.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on the location.

Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: Flat rate of ৳60.
  • Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of ৳120.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over ৳3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. Use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Address Changes

Undeliverable Packages
